Joanna is a yoga teacher trained in traditional Hatha Yoga in India in 2012, energetic Vinyasa Yoga in 2017, and Yin Yoga in 2021. She has been teaching for 10 years and full-time for the past 4 years.

Her Vinyasa Yoga classes are dynamic and inspired by natural elements and the cycles of life (breath, seasons, stars, life). They place a strong emphasis on alignment and personalized guidance in the postures. The goal is to promote the flow of energy in the body while enhancing vitality and health. Joanna also encourages her students to be fully present, to listen to themselves, to feel, and to respect themselves on all levels.

She also offers Yin Yoga sessions occasionally, allowing students to explore the benefits of this slow, introspective practice that improves flexibility and encourages self-reflection. Trained in pre-natal yoga, she welcomes healthy pregnant women in her group classes.
