A promissing champion

Victor lives in Savoie and has been affiliated to the “Bonneval-sur-Arc” ski club (Savoie) since 2000, and the Club des Sports de Val d’Isère since July 2015. Right from the start, he excelled in sports, trying many activities with his parents, including as rock climbing, rugby and roller blading. He began alpine skiing competition, and soon developed a passion for the sport.

He was selected by the technical world cup group of the French national ski team in spring of 2012. Victor is a multi talented man who likes to train hard on a daily basis as well as studying at University. His hobbies include reading, computers, travelling, mountain biking, and wakeboarding on Lake Bourget. The athlete is a perfectionist, who strives to continuously refine his performance. His hard work is paying off. Victor continues to improve season after season, climbing his way up in the ranking of international skiers.

My hobbies are reading, computers, travel, mountain biking and wakeboarding on Lake Bourget. Very rigorous and perfectionist, I like the job well done. I am demanding with myself and it is these requirements that bear fruit season after season …

  • 2nd overall European Cup (2 wins, 5 podiums for 15 starts …)
  • 40 starts (16 World Cups / 20 European Cups) in 12 different countries.

2013

  • First points in the World Cup: 29th world giant (3 top 20), 22nd in supercombined, 40th in slalom.
  • 26th Schladming Slalom World Championships (4 places for France).
  • 2nd overall European Cup
  • Knee injury in March 2013: cruciate ligament rupture, operation and rehabilitation during 6 months

2012

  • 1st overall of the European slalom cup.

2011 

  • 9th overall in the European Cup and in slalom.
  • 3rd at the French Senior Slalom Championships.

2010

  • First podium in European Cup at Méribel

2009

  • 2 times 4th in giant slalom and slalom at the world junior championships.

2008

  • Integration team France B (European Cup).

2006

  • Winner of the Coupe de France junior and vice-champion of France junior in slalom.
  • Entry into the France C team (Groupe Relève).
