Riders from the mountain
With more than forty members, the motorcycle avaline is on the rise. Created in February 2011, the motorcycle section of the Val d’Isère Sports Club aims to bring together people with a common passion for motorbikes in all its forms, whether it is focused on competition or simply on the pleasure of sharing good times on two wheels.
Initially worn on the enduro, thanks to passionate enthusiasts of this discipline among its members, the club – affiliated FFM – has a habit of moving in packs during unmissable meetings of the enduro season, such as La Grappe de Cyrano in the Dordogne, the Clover Lozérien or Rand’Auvergne.
Enduralists, eager to invest in the associative life of the village are also very active on our summer events such as the Ice Trail or the Enduro Series MTB on which they provide close medical assistance by following the runners on the routes.
The section also shines in other disciplines, and even counts a Champion of France among its members in the person of Paul Lesuire, Champion of France 2013 moto cross in Moto Class Classic 250 cm3.
To expand its ranks, the club created in 2012 a road section. The avalanche bikers find themselves around nice moments of sharing, which solidly strengthen the bonds of friendship between these enthusiasts.
